What WorkflowsMCP is

WorkflowsMCP is a marketplace of cross-app workflows. A workflow here is written instructions plus configuration — the steps you, or an AI agent connected over MCP, follow to set something up across several tools. There is no execution engine: we do not run your workflows, we do not connect to your accounts, and we never ask for or hold your credentials. Everything an agent can call on our MCP endpoint is read-only.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

Prototype status, and no warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that it will be available, uninterrupted, accurate or fit for any particular purpose. It is a prototype: features change without notice, and data can be lost.

Workflows are contributed by the community. We do not verify that a workflow works, that it is safe, or that its instructions are correct — a workflow carrying an “official” label is the only exception, and even then the label describes its origin, not a guarantee. You are responsible for reading any steps before you or your agent act on them, and particularly before granting permissions, installing anything, or connecting a third-party account.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of your use of the service or of any workflow published on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Overload the Compose or MCP endpoints, evade their rate limits, or run bulk automated requests against them.
• Manipulate upvotes, whether by hand or by script.
• Publish content that is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to publish.
• Publish malware, credential harvesters, or setup steps designed to compromise the person following them.
• Publish anyone else’s personal information.
• Impersonate another person or organisation, including in the author field.

We rate limit the Compose, publishing and MCP endpoints. Those limits are a technical measure to keep the service up, not a statement of what you are permitted to do — staying under a limit while abusing the service still breaks these terms.

Content you publish

You keep ownership of everything you publish. By publishing it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute it as part of the marketplace — including serving it to AI agents through our MCP endpoint and machine-readable routes. That licence is simply what the service does with a workflow; it does not give us ownership, and it ends for future distribution when the content is removed.

You confirm that you have the right to publish what you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. Everything you publish is public the moment it is submitted.

We do not currently verify authorship. The author name on a workflow is free text typed by whoever submitted it, and we run no check on it. A byline is a claim by the submitter, not something we have confirmed. If a workflow has been published under your name, or your work has been published without your permission, email support@workflowsmcp.com and we will take it down.

Moderation and changes to the service

We may remove, edit or refuse any content at any time and without notice, in particular where it breaks these terms. We may also change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service — including the MCP endpoint, Compose, and publishing — at any time. Since there are no accounts, we have no way to notify you individually, so material changes will be posted on the site.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are not available yet. Nothing on WorkflowsMCP is for sale today and there is no checkout. This section sets out the terms that will apply when paid plans launch.

When subscriptions launch, payments will be processed by Creem acting as our merchant of record. Creem, not WorkflowsMCP, will be the seller of record for those transactions: it handles the checkout, your payment method, any applicable taxes, and your receipt. Creem’s own terms and privacy policy will apply to that part of the purchase in addition to these terms, and payment matters are governed by them.

A subscription will renew automatically for the period you chose until you cancel it. You may cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and does not shorten the period you have already paid for. Any change to the price of an existing subscription will be announced before it takes effect.

Refunds. Within 14 days of a charge, write to support@workflowsmcp.com and we will refund it in full, provided the subscription has not been used heavily in that period. After 14 days, charges are not refundable. We may decline a refund where the request is plainly an attempt to use a paid period and then take the money back.

Where the law of your country gives you a mandatory right to cancel or to a refund as a consumer, that right applies in addition to this policy and nothing here limits it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be submitted to the competent court at the operator’s domicile in Guangzhou.

Payment-related matters remain subject to the terms of our merchant of record, Creem, as described under “Subscriptions and refunds” above.
